My approach focuses on helping you develop deeper insight into how your early experiences shaped the ways you relate to yourself and others. Using an attachment-focused and Internal Family Systems approach, therapy becomes a space where we can explore these patterns with curiosity, compassion, and without judgment.
Together, we work to understand the protective strategies that once helped you survive difficult experiences and begin creating new ways of relating that allow for greater authenticity, emotional safety, and meaningful change.
